該擔(dān)架屬一種可分離型搶救擔(dān)架，主要用于戰(zhàn)場救護及轉(zhuǎn)送骨折重傷病員，其特點是：擔(dān)架兩端設(shè)有鉸鏈?zhǔn)诫x合裝置，可使擔(dān)架分離成左右兩部分；在不移動病人的情況下，迅速將病人置于擔(dān)架內(nèi)再轉(zhuǎn)運至手術(shù)臺或病床上，然后從病人身體下抽出擔(dān)架。該品種能和RC-A-1型半自動上車擔(dān)架配套使用。
